Responsibilities
- Greet patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary patient information
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments
- Coordinate treatment schedules with doctors and clinical staff
- Maintain patient charts and ensure all documentation is complete
- Assist with recall, confirmations, and appointment follow-up
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience
- Minimum 1 year of dental front office or patient coordinator experience
- Experience with Open Dental software preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented specialty practice
