Where you will work (if applicable): Lanham, MD
A Day in the Life of the Manager, Broadband Network Technician:
- Managing operations activities of all Broadband Network Technicians
- Analyze customer and operations needs
- Identifies new process improvements and technical changes that address customer needs
- Work with department managers and directors to provide key metrics and other appropriate reporting
- Track and facilitate capital and expense projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record per the Fleet Policy
- Experience: 5 outside plant experience within telecommunications industry; 3 supervisory/management experience within telecommunications industry
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Analytical skills, organizational skills, strategic and tactical business acumen, ability to foster and develop relationships across multiple departments, evaluate/train/motivate staff, ability to resolve conflict and navigate difficult conversations, understand FCC/OSHA/PUC regulations, understand, adhere to and ensure safety policies and/or protocols are followed

Salary : $68,663 - $126,997
