POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for hardworking, energetic, quality- and safety-focused individuals to join our production team. This position rotates through various work centers, including Blaster, Seal, Grinder, CNC, Vibro Takeoff, and Saws. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up, adjust, operate, and clean production machinery
Produce various colors, styles, and sizes of pavers using specialized equipment
Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output
Read and follow blueprints, spec sheets, and other production documents
Use measuring tools and hand tools to maintain quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned by management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged standing, bending, stretching, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive motions
Frequent walking, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs/ladders
Ability to perform physical tasks safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment
