We’re a privately owned oral surgery practice in Central Wisconsin, and patient care is at the heart of everything we do. We’re currently looking for a Surgical Assistant who takes pride in their skills, enjoys working in a surgical environment, and wants a role where their work genuinely matters.
What Your Day Will Look Like
No two days are exactly the same. You’ll be an essential part of the surgical team by:
- Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident
- Preparing patients for surgery and in-office procedures
- Setting up and breaking down surgical trays
- Assisting the doctor during surgeries and procedures
- Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards
- Cleaning and preparing treatment rooms
- Taking PA’s, iCat scans, and intraoral scans
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in oral surgery, dental assisting, or surgical technology
- Venipuncture experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A calm, professional bedside manner
- Someone who works well independently and as part of a team
