Production Associate – 1st Shift
Wausau Homes | Full‑Time | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Starting Pay: $20.00/hr (performance‑based progression)

What You’ll Do
- Build wall panels, floors, and trusses in an indoor production facility
- Use hand tools and semi‑automated equipment
- Read basic blueprints and measure materials
- Lift and move lumber (up to 50 lbs)
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable and motivated to learn
- Basic math and reading skills
- Construction or production experience a plus (not required)
- Able to use or learn hand tools (nail/staple guns)
- Comfortable lifting and climbing ladders
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
