Customer Solutions Specialist

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the friendly expert helping customers with new projects, technical recommendations, quotes, orders, deliveries, and more. You’ll work closely with our Outside Sales team and internal departments to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Overtime as needed
Hybrid work option: Up to 2 remote days/week after 6 months of training
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple customer accounts
- Collaborate across departments to support customer needs
- Handle quotes, orders, inventory, and customer requests
- Participate in customer calls and occasional site visits
- Provide backup coverage for teammates, including Reception
- Support regional Outside Sales Representatives
- Keep systems updated and organized
- Share insights in team meetings

- Confidence in making decisions and solving issues independently
- Excellent communication—written, verbal, and listening
- Proficiency in email and Excel
- A team-first attitude and a desire to keep learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree (2-year)
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience
