What a typical day looks like
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues across a variety of machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance and inspections to keep assets reliable and efficient.
- Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) precisely to maintain a safe work environment.
- Use blueprints and technical drawings to plan and carry out quality repairs.
- Record work performed and flag emerging issues to leadership.
- Partner with teammates to strengthen maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Depth in PM strategies and mechanical inspection techniques.
- Confidence with LOTO procedures and safe work practices.
- Fluency reading blueprints and technical schematics.
- Sharp problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.

- $30.09–$45.00 per hour base (based on experience)
- Time-and-a-half on Saturdays
- Double time on Sundays
- $2.00/hour premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
