What a typical shift can include
- Complete safety onboarding and consistently follow all departmental procedures.
- Use process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs) to do the job right, every time.
- Support our 6-S housekeeping and workplace organization program.
- Train toward ISO 14001 Environmental Certification requirements.
- Maintain a steady pace to hit on-time delivery and production targets.
- Operate hand tools, production machinery, and related equipment.
- Visually inspect castings and components to spot defects.
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable work history, punctuality, and ownership of your results.
- Clear verbal communication and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently when needed.
- Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
