• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment across the facility.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and detailed inspections.
• Execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) every time, without exception.
• Leverage blueprints and technical drawings to guide accurate repairs.
• Log work performed and escalate risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with peers to enhance reliability and uptime.

• Proven background in mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and inspection best practices.
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures and safe work habits.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and mechanical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, precision, and follow-through.
• Team-first communication skills.

• $30.09–$45.00/hour base (DOE)
• Time-and-a-half on Saturdays
• Double time on Sundays
• $2.00/hour premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
