Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day comprehensive nursing care within the facility and providing direction to the clinical nursing team. Additionally responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the facility to meet the physical, psychosocial and rehabilitative needs of our residents. Schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays 2:30pm - 11:00pm
This role will supervise Team Waukesha Springs, assuring the coaching, development and support the well being of all staff.

Qualifications
State of Wisconsin RN license
Minimum 1 year experience in long term care/nursing service administration and supervisor
Strong knowledge of State, Federal and Local regulations as it relates to long term care
