Waukesha County's Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a talented and compassionate LTE Registered Nurse to serve community members working towards bettering their mental health.The Mental Health Center is certified to provide mental health and substance use inpatient treatmentservices and maintains a close working relationship with Waukesha Memorial Hospital and other community agencies and partners.

The Mental Health Center Team Vision
The services offered at the Mental Health Center focus on resilience, successful community living, and great lifesatisfaction. The hardworking staff aim to provide meaningful participation of consumers and their recoveryteams (families or other chosen support systems) as partners in the recovery process.The staff also strives to provide active participation and consumer feedback through the CCS CoordinatingCommittee. This flexible and creative workforce empowers consumers to lead their recovery journey bybuilding skills and efficiently utilizing available resources, including natural supports, to achieve positive recoveryoutcomes. Minimum Training & Experience Requirements
1. Graduation from a recognized registered nursing education program.
2. A. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin.

OR

B. Temporary State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse permit and attainment of the Registered Nurse license within 6 months of employment.
