WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

Circuit Court Services is recruiting for a detail-oriented professional to serve as Administrative Specialist in the Family Court Services Division.

The individual hired will be responsible for direct customer service, data entry using a department specific database, case creation, processing and reviewing electronically filed documents for case openings, drafting of correspondence, scanning, and a variety of other administrative duties in a busy and fast paced environment.

Anticipated starting hourly pay range is $22.08 - $23.00. Full range extends to $29.18/hour.

Minimum Training & Experience Requirements
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Two years post high school work experience providing administrative support.
3. One year of recognized post high school training in business, administrative professional, or closely related field may substitute for one year of the work experience requirement.
