Waukesha Choral Union seeks volunteers for our small but mighty non-profit board of directors.
The Waukesha Choral Union is a community-based choral ensemble committed to presenting high-quality repertoire to the people of southeastern Wisconsin. The group draws singers from a wide variety of backgrounds and performs a broad range of repertoire, from classical masterworks to innovative contemporary collaborations. We’re looking for passionate individuals to help guide us through the next chapter of our mission. Our Board of Directors plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization, and we want you to be part of it! Whether your expertise lies in communications, finance, education, or event planning, if you bring a fresh perspective, we encourage you to consider joining our team. The only requirement? Responsibilities
- Attend monthly Board of Directors meetings (4th Monday of the month)
- Engage in committee work aligned with your passions
- Participate in Fundraising (e.g. make a personal donation, help with events, connecting contacts etc.)
Qualifications
You don’t need to be a musician (though we love that too)—just someone with experience or a passion for any of the following areas:
