The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions and business processes within the company. The role ensures adherence to company standards, compliance requirements, and overall customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor customer interactions to ensure professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized reports of quality checks and assessments.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Training teams to address skill gaps and support team development.
- Ensure compliance with WATU’s internal policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent quality evaluation.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a call center, sales, commerce, or other customer-facing role.
- Must be proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
- Passionate about WATU’s mission to empower entrepreneurs.
- Must have no criminal record.
