Location: New York, NY
Position: Regulated Building Materials Sr. Project Manager ' Experienced environmental consultant with a minimum of 8 years of progressive asbestos, lead-based paint, PCB caulk and Universal Waste design experience. Position requires a current NYSDOL asbestos designer certificate.
Responsibility: You will coordinate design projects and manage a group of 4 -10 staff dealing with complex building renovation and demolition assignments for a variety of clients including DASNY, SUCF, OGS, CUNY, PANYNJ, HHC and college and universities, K-12 school districts, and local municipalities. Duties will include review of reports and design submission, employee training/oversight/mentoring; project scheduling and coordination; preparation of technical and fee proposals; client relations; and coordination and execution of asbestos, lead, mold, and PCB field surveys and designs.
Individual must be highly experienced and professional with exceptional technical, computer and organizational skills. Position requires 5-10% regional (New York) travel.
Salary: Between $120,000 - $150,000 annually
