This position reports directly to the Controller and will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
Experience with Infor SyteLine ERP is highly preferred and will be a significant differentiator.

What You’ll DoFinancial Reporting & Close
- Assist with monthend and yearend close processes
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Support internal financial reporting and KPI preparation
- Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations of results
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital monitoring
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations
- Provide support and backup for AP and AR functions
- Assist with collections of pastdue accounts as needed
- Manage Positive Pay uploads and banking transactions
- Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Support external audit preparation
- Assist with tax documentation and regulatory compliance
- Maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes
- Leverage ERP tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency
- Support enhancements within Infor SyteLine ERP
- Contribute to scalable accounting process development as the company grows
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required)
- 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Strong general ledger and financial reporting experience
- Experience with Infor SyteLine ERP is highly preferred
- Cost accounting exposure is a plus but not required
- CPA not required
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
