We are seeking an associate attorney with experience in construction, surety, or commercial business litigation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, for litigation cases.
- Assist in case preparation for construction, surety and litigation matters.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel as needed.
- Utilize writing skills to prepare correspondence and memos.
