ER Tech/Emergency Room - Part Time (0.7 - 56 Hours Per Pay Period), Day Shift - 0830-1700 (8:30am - 5:00pm)
Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B) to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department. As an EMT-B, you will play a critical role in providing efficient and high-quality emergency medical care to patients in need. Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred;
- Medical Terminology; Computer Skills - all required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an Emergency Department, Ambulance, or other relevant pre-hospital setting
- EKG competency
- Medical Terminology
Licenses and/or Certifications:
- EMT I License, Medical Assistant Certificate, or C.N.A. certification required
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BCLS required.
Other:
Spanish language skills preferred.
