Watsontown Brick is currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Watsontown, PA facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team-oriented production environment.
REPONSIBILITIES:

Operate manufacturing machinery or groups of machines using basic computer controls

Monitor product quality and make necessary machine adjustments to meet quality standards

Complete daily production goals and work overtime when required
-
Perform machine changeovers, including basic mechanical adjustments for different production runs

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment operating efficiently

Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Safely operate a forklift and assist with other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform hands-on work

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs

Strong attention to safety, quality, and production standards
SCHEDULE:

8–10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday

Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
