Job Description:
Watsontown Trucking Company is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for Regional & OTR positions.

We do things differently—
You get paid hourly for ALL your time
PLUS a mileage bonus on top
No chasing miles. No guessing your paycheck.

OUR PAY PACKAGE
Regional Drivers (Home Weekly)

• $25.00/hour – No Touch Freight
• $25.75/hour – Driver Assist (Touch Freight)
• Mileage Bonus (on top of hourly):
  
  • $0.03 per mile – No Touch
  • Up to $0.05 per mile – Driver Assist
  
  
• Schedule: Out 5 days, home 2 days
• Average: $97,000 annually

OTR Drivers (Stay Out Longer, Earn More)

• $27.50/hour – No Touch Freight
• Up to $28.25/hour – Driver Assist (Touch Freight)
• Mileage Bonus (on top of hourly):
  
  • $0.03 per mile – No Touch
  • Up to $0.05 per mile – Driver Assist
  
  
• Home Time: 4–6 days off after 19 days out
• Average: $106,000 annually
