- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner throughout the store
- Process customer transactions accurately at the checkout, including cash handling and card payments
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
- Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policy
- Support stocking, bagging, and general floor duties as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
