We’re looking for a curious, people-obsessed learner to join us as our next Recruiter. You don’t need to have years of recruiting experience; what matters most is your enthusiasm to learn, your creative problem-solving, and your drive to make every part of the recruiting journey better than it was yesterday.

This isn’t a “post a job and wait” kind of role. This is a chance to explore what modern recruiting can be from community outreach to candidate experience design to process improvement. You’ll help shape the future of hiring at Watson, with support, trust, and the creative freedom to make it your own.

Please note: This role is 100% on-site at The Orchard our breathtaking Pacific Northwest workplace in Poulsbo, Washington.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the full recruiting cycle: from creating job postings and sourcing candidates to guiding them through onboarding and orientation.

  • Be the voice of Watson: share our story, our Orchard, and what makes this place special with every candidate you meet.

  • Track and nurture your candidate pool: like a community not just a database. Build authentic connections and keep relationships warm for future opportunities.

  • Bring our culture to life externally: through outreach, job fairs, social media engagement, and creative recruiting events.

  • Research and experiment: with new tools, workflows, and channels to attract diverse, talented individuals.

  • Partner with managers: to deeply understand roles and build hiring processes that are efficient, inclusive, and human.

  • Improve and innovate: continually look for ways to make our recruiting and onboarding processes more personal, data-informed, and delightful.

  • Collaborate across teams: on projects that promote learning, connection, and community within Watson.

  • Support Paycom recruiting workflows: document, refine, and champion best practices as we evolve.

  • Support new-hire orientation: to ensure every employee’s first experience with Watson is memorable and meaningful.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Comfortable learning new systems (Paycom experience is a plus, not a requirement).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: $50K-65K (24-31.25)
