Job Description:
- Coordinate tasks delegation and completion, among various internal departments and sales departments in response to customer requests. Complete tasks autonomously as needed.
- Help develop project solutions and winning strategies for ongoing projects.
- Lead bid preparation and help develop and manage proposal documentation
- Prioritize tasks, personally and within internal departments, relating to project needs and required response times.
- Complete preliminary process designs, using tools and models provided by BU, and generate P&IDs with minimal oversight
- Calculate project pricing, including working with vendors to ensure equipment meets project guidelines
- Review technical specifications and provide necessary clarifications and exceptions
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for technical and commercial risk mitigation
- Assist in preparing and leading in Bid Tender Risk Review Meetings
- Helps review of purchase orders and other legal documents to identify commercial and legal issues.
- Develop and maintain standard sales tools, such as specification documents and pricing sheets
- Provide technical training and support to junior engineers
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Engineering or other technical fields)
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Strong technical competence and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in water treatment processes, system design principles, and equipment design and selection
