Job Overview
The Head of Operations at our organization is a key member of the Leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to significantly scale operations and drive growth in manufacturing. You will be responsible for overseeing Manufacturing teams, Facilities, and Continuous Improvement, with both strategic and tactical responsibility for developing, implementing and delivering our Manufacturing strategies alongside operational goals.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Lean Business strategies to achieve best-in-class practice* Lead and develop a team of operations leaders to drive business growth and expansion* Collaborate with Value Stream Managers to measure product sales and optimize profitability through quality management and lean initiatives* Ensure the site meets its sales and production targets* Oversee the stabilization and planning of additional start-up opportunities
Requirements
