We’re a family-owned and operated dealership looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to help our customers and service technicians get the right parts at the right time. If you’re organized, dependable, and comfortable working with both people and automotive parts, we’d like to meet you.
Pay & Schedule
· Pay: $33,000
· Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00a – 5:00p, Saturday’s on rotation every 4th Sat 8a-1p

What You’ll Do
· Help retail customers, wholesale customers, and service technicians identify and order the correct parts.
· Use parts catalogs and inventory systems to verify fitment, pricing, and availability.
· Manage orders from start to finish, including payments, special orders, and customer updates.
· Fill orders accurately and notify management of inventory shortages.
· Answer phone inquiries, explain parts options, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
· Stay current on manufacturer products and promotions.
· Keep the parts department clean, organized, and running efficiently.
What You Bring
· Previous automotive parts or service experience. Experience at a dealership, auto parts retailer, or independent repair shop is welcome.
· Working knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to identify the parts needed for a repair.
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
· Friendly, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
· The ability to manage priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
· A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram experience is a plus, but not required.
