Job Summary

Duties
- Assist bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and reporting changes or concerns promptly
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate ongoing care and update medical records regularly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care procedures
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
- Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward caregiving
