Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the service and training portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand client base and increase revenue.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of innovative training solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategy.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and presentations to executive leadership.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and pricing for service and training projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of service and training initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Support marketing and promotional activities for training programs and service offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related area.
- Proven track record of developing and managing service and training portfolios.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in contract negotiation, client management, and proposal development.
- Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Master’s degree in Business, Education, or relevant discipline.
- Experience in the service, training, or consulting industry.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or sales (e.g., CSM).
- Familiarity with learning technologies and digital training platforms.
