What are the responsibilities and job description for the APRN/PA - Otolaryngology (ENT) position at Watson Clinic LLP- Lakeland Highlands?
Watson Clinic is seeking a Full-time APRN/PA to join our established Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in an office-based setting at our Highlands location.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of physicians in a high-quality, patient-centered environment. The practice also offers the opportunity to incorporate facial plastics and aesthetic services, making this an exciting opportunity for APPs to expand their expertise in both ENT and facial aesthetics.
* Previous experience in ENT, preferred. Important skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as keen attention to detail.
Job Duties Include:
- Assist physicians in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditions
- Perform procedures within your scope of practice
- Develop and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Qualifications:
- Board certification through AANP or NCCPA
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Active, Unrestricted FL license (or ability to obtain FL license) is required
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
