Compensation Range: $100K - $200K

What You'll Do
- Work with our team of robot pilots on live infrastructure deployments
- Be directly responsible for the performance of a team of 100 pilots
- Analyze pilot performance data (telemetry, task times, etc.) to find what separates good pilots from great ones
- Design and run training and coaching programs that improve pilot performance
- Partner with the founding technical staff to turn performance findings into hardware and software changes
- 1 years of knowledge-work experience
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort with messy real-world data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in San Francisco
