Pay Rate: $23.06 per hour
Shift Hours: Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM
Enjoy a 36-hour workweek with 40 hours of pay.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product
- Set- up and operate equipment / tools /machinery, including complex equipment to prepare and assemble product.
- Assure product meets all quality standards
- May test products using established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet production metrics (takt time).
- Serve as a resource to others in resolution of complex problems and issues and work on tasks that reflect substantial variety and complexity.
- Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times
- May complete inventory-cycle counts and do the tracking of work in progress.
- Follow the Watlow Way Behaviors, Values and Principles
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Up to three years of related manufacturing or industry experience.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and data analysis.
- Ability to learn new skills and follow directions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, improve, and flex between work cells and value streams.
- Two-year degree, technical certificate, trade training, or equivalent related experience preferred.
- Experience with TPM, SMT, Electronics, and/or continuous improvement strongly preferred.
- Location-specific certifications, such as IPC certification in Winona, may be required.
