As a Maintenance Supervisor at Watlow, you will lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure the reliability and performance of our equipment and facilities. You will play a key role in driving preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

About The Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Watlow, you will lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure the reliability and performance of our equipment and facilities. You will play a key role in driving preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and prioritizing workloads.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate repairs.
- Oversee external facility support vendors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records using CMMS.
- Train and mentor technicians to promote skill development and safety adherence.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs and minimize production interruptions.
- High-school graduate/GED (preferred).
- Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or 5 years of related experience.
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge in industrial machinery systems.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and respond to emergencies.
- Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
