- Are you a project leader at heart? Take ownership of new product development initiatives, creating and managing action plans and KPIs to ensure timely execution.
- Do you have a passion for turning strategy into results? Manage strategic product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Can you bring order to complexity? Oversee beta programs for new products, including organization, implementation, data collection, and reporting to inform go-to-market decisions.
- Are you a cross-functional connector? Collaborate across departments to align priorities, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in project or product management, preferably in consumer goods, manufacturing, or wellness industries
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
