The Wrapper Associate is responsible for preparing products for shipment by wrapping, labeling, and palletizing according to company standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Wrap and palletize products securely for shipment.
- Inspect finished goods for quality compliance.
- Apply accurate labeling and maintain documentation for traceability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Operate equipment safely and follow all company safety procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Forklift experience preferred (training available).
- Lifting Requirements:
- Up to 50 lbs. repetitively
- Up to 75 lbs. frequently
- Up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Other Requirements:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
- Manual dexterity for wrapping and handling materials
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and packaging materials.
- Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Fast-paced environment with strict safety standards.
