Distinguishing Characteristics
- Active Texas General Lines P&C and/or L&H license
- 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or business development
- Experience with insurance systems such as Applied Epic or CRM tools preferred
- Ability to build trust, explain complex concepts, and deliver tailored insurance solutions
