From the first report of loss to final resolution, our Claim Advocacy team is there for our clients to rely on when it matters most. These dedicated professionals serve as liaisons, partnering with carriers to help guide clients through each stage of the claim lifecycle ensuring they're informed, supported, and treated fairly. They bring compassion, clarity, and expertise to every interaction, and every report and resolution reflects our commitment to care, professionalism, and doing the right thing for our clients.
Whether you specialize in frontline service or complex coverage analysis, you'll work closely with professionals across the agency to deliver seamless client experience and help clients recover with confidence and peace of mind.
Distinguishing Characteristics
- 2 plus years of claims experience in an agency, or carrier environment
- Active Adjuster All Lines license
- Industry certifications such as AIC, ARM, CPCU
- Experience with insurance systems such as Applied Epic preferred
