Distinguishing Characteristics
- Active Texas General Lines P&C license (or L&H for Employee Benefits)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account manager role at an independent agency
- Experience with insurance systems such as Applied Epic preferred
- Commercial Lines: CIC, or similar industry designations
- Personal Lines: Familiarity with high-net-worth carriers and coverages
- Employee Benefits: Exposure to self-funded or complex group health plans
