Position Summary

In this role, you will manage a book of business, advise clients on coverage, and partner with team members, and carriers to protect what matters most to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Own the relationship: Primary contact for your commercial accounts.
- Advise with confidence: Spot exposures, fix coverage gaps, guide renewal strategy.
- Drive renewals: Lead remarketing and negotiate with carriers for the best terms.
- Work in sync: Partner with Producers and underwriters to win and retain business.
- Stay sharp: Ensure compliance and stay current on trends across Commercial Insurance.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Active P&C License
- 5 years Commercial Lines AM experience (agency setting)
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Property; Generalist skillset
- Solid communication, organization, and follow-through
- Applied EPIC experience
- CIC Designation
- Expertise in General Liability coverage
- Experience managing accounts in the construction industry
- Work on diverse, interesting commercial accounts
