What You'll Do:
- Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as accessories, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Design, fabricate, and install various duct and duct fittings as instructed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and answering any questions about their HVAC systems.
- Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures, as assigned.
- Maintain a professional appearance including uniforms, personal hygiene, and cleanliness of company vehicle and job site.
- Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being properly used, maintained, and accounted for.
- Fill out all paperwork in a neat, accurate, complete, and timely manner.
- Continuously learn and grow your skills through training and development opportunities.
- Represent Watkins Heating & Cooling with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.

Who You Bring:
- EPA Certification
- 3 year of Experience
- Understand and comply with OSHA rules and regulations
- Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
- NATE certification preferred but not required
