Overview:
- Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
- Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.
- Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.
- 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
Pay and bonus potential:
- Mileage pay.
- Monthly performance pay.

- Sign-on bonus paid over 6 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 12 months, plus 5 days of holiday pay per year.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Atleast 2 years of Class A driving experience.
- No more than two moving violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles across regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.
- Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery times while minimizing fuel consumption and vehicle wear.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any issues encountered on the road.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards related to commercial driving.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple stops across regional routes confidently.
