Job Summary:
Driver Helpers support local delivery routes within an assigned territory, working with drivers to get product safely and efficiently to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with product delivery in a safe, timely, and professional manner
- Unload product from the trailer using a pallet jack and/or hand truck
- Stock cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery
- Rotate product according to company standards
- Collect empty keg shells, damaged goods, or mis-ordered product
- Communicate clearly with delivery drivers, sales reps, and store personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Able to use standard handheld computer devices
- Ability to regularly lift and move cases weighing 20–30 lbs., and occasionally up to 160 lbs. to waist height
- Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Able to safely operate a delivery vehicle in a range of weather conditions
