Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide route relief for Sales Representatives during vacations and other absences, ensuring continuity of sales, merchandising, and customer service
- Complete store resets as directed, including resetting shelves, cooler doors, and displays to planograms and company standards
- Merchandise products to company standards, including stocking shelves, rotating product, and building displays
- Set up, staff, and tear down special events, representing the company and its brands in a professional manner
- Maintain product inventory levels while covering routes by monitoring accounts, placing orders, and communicating with store contacts
- Assist with deliveries when needed, including unloading, checking in product, and ensuring accurate delivery
- Support sales initiatives by executing pricing changes, promotions, and point-of-sale materials as directed
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing reliable service and resolving basic sales or service issues
- Stay knowledgeable on company products, pricing, and market conditions
- Communicate route activity, reset progress, event results, and issues to sales management
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Full-time position with a flexible, variable schedule based on weekly needs
- Reset days may start as early as 4:00 a.m
- Event days may run from approximately 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m
- Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required
- Prior experience in beverage sales, merchandising, resets, or delivery preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules, routes, and responsibilities
- Reliable, flexible, and dependable with a team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including comfort interacting with the public at events
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record with no major violations
- Must be able to lift, move, and merchandise cases ranging from 20 – 30 lbs. regularly. Tasks include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Work independently across multiple retail locations, traveling between accounts throughout the day
- Event work may take place outdoors and in varying weather conditions
