Responsibilities
- Develop a yearly sales strategy by analyzing the market and competitive trends and making comprehensive recommendations
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, assess customer needs, and demonstrate products/services to customers
- Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients and maintain a record of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous customer service
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve and innovate products/services to meet customer demands
Qualifications
- Proven successful sales experience
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Established network of leads
- Commission-only compensation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physically capable of climbing on a roof
Compensation
$150,000 yearly
