ROLES:
General manager of turf & Plant Health Care operations, including sales, training, scheduling, hiring and promoting, equipment oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales/renewals
Personnel hiring, training, Promoting
Scheduling
Budgeting
Equipment Management
Field work as necessary
RESULTS:
High level of customer satisfaction
High level of production efficiency
High level of profitability and ROE
Requirements:
- Valid Va Driver's License
- 2 or 4 year hort degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in the field
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commercial Applicator's Certificate plus either 3A or 3B
- Va Certified Horticulturist w/in 1-2 years
COMPENSATION:
- Salary commensurate with experience- Health insurance, vacation, holidays, 401K

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
