Starbucks Store Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Contribute toward profitability store through seeking opportunities to enhance sales.
Manage effectually inventory, cost of goods control as well as labor costs.
Maintain daily, weekly as well as period financial reports.
Ensure entire cash handling and register function performed accurately and consistently.
Ensure apt types as well as amounts of supplies, materials and merchandise are suitably ordered and stocked.
Convey new product information and details to partners.
Maintain store operations, financial contribution and partner development final accountability.
Train and prepare partners to demonstrate entire Starbucks client service standards, star skills and operating standards.
Expect as well as encourage complete participation of partners to develop store goals plus develop plans.
Identify daily plus weekly staffing requirements along with recruits.
Conduct interviews and ensure to make hiring as well as termination decisions.

Requirements:
21 years old
At least 2 years on previous food and beverage management position
Work weekends/Holidays as needed
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to manage store operations independently
Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment & manage multiple situations simultaneously
Ability to manage resources to ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times
Knowledge of customer service techniques
Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
Organization and planning skills

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
Ability to plan and prioritize workload

Salary : $58,000 - $60,000
