911 Driving School of Graham & Puyallup is currently hiring Front Desk Customer Service Specialists for our Graham and Puyallup office locations. We are looking for friendly, motivated, and professional individuals who enjoy helping others and want to play a role in making our roads safer.
Our office team works with students and families from many different backgrounds and cultures, so we value individuals who are welcoming, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for someone who learns quickly, communicates professionally, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service both in person and through written communication.
Schedule
20–30 hours per week. Candidates must be willing to work some Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
- Greeting students and parents at the front desk
- Registering students for driving classes and lessons
- Scheduling driving appointments and managing instructor calendars
- Responding to customer questions via phone and professional email correspondence
- Data entry and maintaining accurate student records
- Administering written tests
- Managing office schedules and supporting daily operations
- Database and record management
- Assisting with general office communication and organization
Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to learn new software systems and office procedures quickly
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Pass a comprehensive background check
- Have a clean driving record
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be willing to work Saturdays as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Previous customer service or office experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
