What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Construction working job foreman position at Waterworks Pool & Spa,LLC?
Working job foreman to run pool crew. Must have experience building swimming pools. Must have built Gunite, Fiberglass and Vinyl pools and be able to lead a crew.
Lead installers are responsible for the hands on complete and proper installation of the job through coordination and delegation.
Effectively communicate with management, employee's, customers and vendors.
The lead installer is responsible for installing all components of the pool installation in both residential and commercial applications and to stay within the budgeted man hours per job. Includes minor electrical work, plumbing, carpentry,concrete forming and setting grade points per company standards.
