Waterworks Hot Tubs & Pools are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our crew! If you enjoy working outdoors, have some construction experience, and are comfortable using basic hand tools, we’d love to hear from you.
No experience? No problem. We’re happy to train the right candidates who bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
About the Job
This is an entry-level position working alongside our experienced installers to deliver high-quality pool installations. A typical day may include:
- Assisting with above-ground pool assembly
- Helping with in-ground fiberglass pool installations
- Performing tasks such as lifting, carrying, shoveling, raking, and general assembly work
- Following direction from team leads to ensure each project meets our high standards
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid Virginia driver’s license
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable work ethic
