We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our exterior cleaning team. This isn’t an easy job—expect long days, physical work, and time spent outdoors in all kinds of weather. We clean windows, siding, gutters, concrete, and other exterior surfaces for residential and commercial customers.
This position is 100% performance-based, paying 20% commission on every completed job. If you’re someone who works efficiently, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants your paycheck to reflect your effort, you can earn excellent money. The harder you work and the more jobs you complete, the more you make.
We’re looking for people who:

● Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
● Can lift 50 pounds and handle physically demanding work.
● Provide great customer service and pay attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washers, soft wash systems, and other cleaning tools safely and effectively to clean building exteriors, windows, roofs, and outdoor surfaces
- Assess each property’s unique cleaning needs and select appropriate methods and solutions for optimal results
- Prepare surfaces by removing debris, dirt, mold, algae, and other buildup before applying cleaning treatments
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
- Maintain all cleaning equipment in excellent condition through regular inspections and proper storage
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their expectations and provide updates on project progress
- Complete detailed job reports documenting work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered
Skills
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning without damage to property or surfaces
- Ability to operate power tools and cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights or with electrical equipment is preferred
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different job sites quickly
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for transportation between job locations
