LPN Staff Nurse

Waterville Residential, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As part of our commitment to delivering excellent patient care, we are looking for a compassionate and experienced LPN to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and care plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs to improve patient care and promote best practices

• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; LPN degree or diploma from an accredited program

• 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a skilled nursing facility or equivalent setting

• Current LPN licensure in the state of New York

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive patient and facility information
