Position Overview
We are seeking an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to provide outpatient therapy, offering both telehealth and in‑person sessions in our Watertown, CT office. This is a 1099 contractor role with no benefits.
In‑office space is available Monday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings, as well as all day Fridays and Saturdays.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, appreciates steady referrals, and wants to work within a practice that genuinely cares about its clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples/family therapy via secure telehealth platform and/or in person
- Maintain timely, clinically sound documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments)
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, or providers when appropriate
- Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with CT licensure
- Build and maintain a caseload that fits your preferred schedule
